1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced, divided

1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can (15 ounces) chili beans

1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder

1 1/2 teaspoons cumin

1 tablespoon grated semisweet baking chocolate

   Hot pepper sauce


   Black pepper

  1. Brown ground beef, onion and 1 clove garlic in large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Drain off fat
  2. Place meat mixture in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients, including 2 cloves garlic; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours. Garnish as desired.
