Colorado new law as of January 1
Starting January 1 you will see some new changes at the grocery store under Colorado law no plastic bags will be available at all at the checkout line. “The option is really not guaranteed right now unless you pay for them so it sucks when you don’t wanna pay that extra $.10 or whatever so I guess they’re trying to save the whales finally,” Colorado Springs resident Antwon Yates said.
